In following closely with their personal beliefs, Travis and Bob both strongly believe that selling real estate is not about making a quick sale, and that the role of a real estate agent has changed significantly in the past decade. We use a term called "new school selling".

Why two agents? To provide better service to our clients. Bob and Travis both have families here in Ottawa, and like most people, like to enjoy time off to spend with their friends, families, extracurricular activites, etc., so they can actually take a day off, but still provide their clients with service 7 days a week when necessary. If someone tells you that they work everyday, and will be there 24/7, although they may physically be able to do so, they most likely will not be able to perform at their highest level — it would be like asking a professional hockey player to play an entire game — it is impossible for them to perform at the same level as if they only played 1 minute shifts. The bottom line — we can provide our clients with service 7 days a week, and still be human!

We ensure that our clients understand the process, and are ready to climb every step along the way, ensuring that documents are sent to the right people, that appointments are coordinated, the list goes on!

Experienced Administrative support staff

To help ensure that our clients experience is smooth, memorable, and professional, we have in-house administrative support staff, and a client care coordinator to make sure that all of the little things are taken care of! We also have a centrally office located downtown, with satellite offices throughout the city with convenient office hours, most of them are open Monday-Friday 8:30am to 9:00pm, Saturdays 9-4 and Sundays 10-4. For after hours, we have a 24 hour/day 7 day a week paging service in case of an emergency, or time sensitive matter such as an offer on a property for a buyer or seller.
